Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we will not offer a refund for a simple change of mind or if you deem the program unsuitable for any reason (as it is your responsibility to determine if the program is suitable to your personal circumstances BEFORE purchase). 

Therefore it is completely up to you to read the product page thoroughly before you make the transaction. Since the products made available here are intangible, refunds are only considered when the below conditions are met;

If you choose the monthly membership plan, you are welcome to cancel any time, but we do not offer any refunds.

A full refund for The Launch Club One-Time Investment, Lifetime Access, is only issued if:

  • It is within 90 days of your purchase date AND

  • You’ve completed all of the work up to this point, watched the training (we can see this at our end), and implemented the framework

  • You explain to us clearly how the process, framework, and resources haven’t offered you any benefits at all.

In order to request a refund, please email us at hi@thelaunch.club. You must also be willing to participate in a call with our team. We are always looking for ways to improve our content and offerings and insight and feedback from you are important for us and the future of our Offers.

We will NOT refund for Offerings after 90 (ninety) days following the date of purchase. After day 90 all payments are non-refundable and you must pay in full for the Offering, regardless if you complete the Offering.

If you have signed up for a payment plan, you are responsible for and required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan regardless if you complete the program or Offering.
