I left my corporate career because I wanted more.

At first, I followed all the advice.

But it didn’t.
Instead, I got noise.

And a creeping feeling that I was doing everything “right” — and still spinning in circles.
One morning, my husband & co-founder asked me:
“What would CEO Christine do if she had investors and a team counting on her?”
That question snapped me out of autopilot.
I stopped building for what looked good.
And I stopped hoping for clients to find me.
I started building for what worked — with clarity, with intention, and with an offer I actually believed in.
Within 30 days, I was fully booked.
Not from more visibility.

In 2023, I, Christine E. Sveen, alongside my partner and husband, Marcus, founded The Launch Club with one simple goal: to help creatives transform their expertise into thriving businesses.
A few years earlier, after 18 years in marketing and business, I made the decision to leave the C-suite and start my own creative studio. While it seemed like a bold move to many, it was exactly what I needed to do. I knew it was time to take the leap.
As my studio grew, fellow creatives began reaching out, asking how I was booking clients so effectively. I shared my sales email scripts, thinking that was the answer. But I quickly realized there was more to it than just the right emails. What they were missing were the key ingredients that all successful businesses have in common—the ones that allow growth to feel easier and more natural.
That’s when The Launch Club came to be.
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming creatives from 10+ countries into our community. Helping them secure profitable, dream projects has been truly rewarding.
Their success is our success, and it continues to drive everything we do.
