TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE LAUNCH CLUB AS

These terms and conditions of Use (the “Terms”) are legally binding and govern your use of and access to Thelaunch.club and its sub-domains, as well as The Launch Club AS, “thelaunch.club”, “notanotherblandbrand.com”, “From Bland To Brand”, “our”, “us” or “we”) accounts on Facebook®, Wix®, Instagram®, and Pinterest® (the “Sites”). It is your responsibility to read carefully prior to purchasing, using, or accessing our products, services, programs, and offerings.
TERMS OF SITE CONTENT, COURSE ACCESS, AND PRODUCT PURCHASER AGREEMENT
All products, programs, and services are exclusively owned and controlled by The Launch Club AS. The term “You” or “Your” refers to any user or purchaser of said program(s), product(s), or service(s) (the “Offering”). These Terms and Conditions of Use govern and define how You are allowed to use and access Our Offering.
By using any or all of these sites, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Whether or not You have read them. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and will update them accordingly with the ‘last updated at the top of this page. If You do not agree with any of the Terms, please email Us at hi@thelaunch.club and We will make reasonable efforts to remove Your name, email, and access to our Offering and website.
GENERAL SITE OPERATION
This website is owned and operated by The Launch Club AS, a limited liability company based in Oslo, Norway.
Use of this website is at Your own risk. Our site is hosted on a reputable platform and We make a reasonable effort to maintain the site.
PRODUCT OR COURSE USE AND YOUR CONSENT
You agree to our Terms when purchasing our Offering. By moving forward with Your purchase and accessing the Offering you agree and continue to agree to abide by the Terms of Use.
Our content and Offerings are intended for persons aged 18 and above. You agree You are 18 years old or older.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
Unless explicitly expressed otherwise, The Launch Club AS owns all rights to the Sites, including and without limitation, all text, content, design, images, templates, scripts, graphics, and educational framework(s). You cannot use whole or in part, any modification of materials. This is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible if We choose to do so.
You understand and agree that the Offering contains proprietary content, information, and materials like framework, worksheet, workbooks, training modules, lessons, templates, recordings (sound and or video), images, and infographics (the “Offering Content”).
The Offering is for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You understand that You are only receiving limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to content and material in the Offering.
Purchasing one Offering gives you personal access to the content. If Your team wants access to the Offering You must purchase additional Offerings - one per team member.
Downloadable content is for personal use only. You can not share or distribute any content from the Offering.
You may not resell, distribute, or trade Your access to the offering. You may not edit, reuse, copy, or in any way use the content of the Offering as Your own work.
You cannot claim ownership of Our Intellectual Property.
PRICES
All prices on Our Offerings are subject to change without notice. All prices on site are in USD, United States Dollars.
Listed prices do not include taxes for non-Norwegian residents.
You pay for our Offerings on our website via credit card or PayPal. When submitting your order, you also submit your credit card details.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, we will not offer a refund for a simple change of mind or if you deem the program unsuitable for any reason (as it is your responsibility to determine if the program is suitable to your personal circumstances BEFORE purchase).
Therefore it is completely up to you to read the product page thoroughly before you make the transaction. Since the products made available here are intangible, refunds are only considered when the below conditions are met;
If you choose the monthly membership plan, you are welcome to cancel any time, but we do not offer any refunds.
A full refund for The Launch Club One-Time Investment, Lifetime Access, is only issued if:

It is within 90 days of your purchase date AND

You’ve completed all of the work up to this point, watched the training (we can see this at our end), and implemented the framework

You explain to us clearly how the process, framework, and resources haven’t offered you any benefits at all.
In order to request a refund, please email us at hi@thelaunch.club. You must also be willing to participate in a call with our team. We are always looking for ways to improve our content and offerings and insight and feedback from you are important for us and the future of our Offers.
We will NOT refund for Offerings after 90 (ninety) days following the date of purchase. After day 90 all payments are non-refundable and you must pay in full for the Offering, regardless if you complete the Offering.
If you have signed up for a payment plan, you are responsible for and required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan regardless if you complete the program or Offering.
WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER
The purpose of our programs are to provide you with useful and practical information, strategies, and resources and to support and assist you in reaching the goals you desire. While we make every effort to help our members, we cannot predict results, nor are we able to know your personal situation; therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will attain certain results. You agree and understand that we do not make any guarantees and that any success will come in large part from your own personal situation and dedication.
Earnings Disclaimer: We also do not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome, nor are we responsible for your earnings, or any increase or decrease in your finances based upon the information you interpreted from our website or program. Any information or testimonials that contain financial information are individual results that may vary. The decision to use or implement any information contained in our program is your own, and you agree we are not responsible for any financial outcomes.
TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian Law. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be governed by Norwegian Law, and The Court of Norway has exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Our Company, as well as any of Our affiliates, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, joint venture partners, successors, transferees, assignees, and licensees, as applicable, from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever - including without limitation, claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to Our Offering(s).
